Timber Lane Pediatrics is available to the children we care for 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.

We see sick visits and newborns every Saturday at our South Burlington office starting at 9 AM. The office phones are open on weekends from 8:30 until noon to book same-day weekend appointments.  Weekend visits may incur an additional charge depending on your insurance.

The office is closed on Sundays.

If you have an urgent concern about your child when the office is closed, call our regular office number to be connected to the answering service and our nurse triage line, Night Nurse. The Night Nurse will advise you and consult with the doctor on call as needed. If you have further concerns after speaking to the Night Nurse or would prefer to speak to the doctor on call directly, ask for the doctor on-call to be paged and we will call you back.

The patient portal is a great tool for parents to communicate with their child's provider.  However, the portal is only checked from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM on weekdays and may require 2-3 business days for a response. 

 If your child is sick or you need a same day response, call us by phone instead of using the portal.
