Co-pays and other payments are requested at time of service.
Referrals
It is important that you and your child’s doctor discuss any referrals to specialists outside of our office. If your child requires specialty care, your doctor can provide the specialist with the details of your child’s medical needs. In addition, our office can help you schedule the appointment.
Many insurance companies will cover the cost of a visit to the specialist provided our office first approves it. Please check with your insurance to see if you need a referral. If you are asked to return to see the specialist, check with us first to be sure that this return visit will also be covered by your insurance.
What To Expect
On the day of your child's first visit to our office, we recommend arriving a few minutes early. This allows extra time for finishing up any registration forms and ensures you have plenty of time to get acquainted with our staff and office. We look forward to meeting you and joining with you to help your child maintain optimal health.
