Prescription refills requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 8:30-4:30 PM. You can request refills through your child's patient portal.
It may take up to 3 business days to complete a medication refill.
Children who take prescription medications for asthma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and other chronic health issues need to have regular follow up visits to assess these conditions. At each follow up visit, your provider will prescribe enough medication to last until the next scheduled visit. If a refill is needed outside of these scheduled visits, up to 3 business days may be needed for a provider to review your child's chart, send refills and arrange follow up.
